StoreFleet's Bot API and Discord AI agent let you run real store-ops work — order lookups, morning health checks, drafting customer replies — from chat instead of logging into each store's admin. The agent has been running for StoreFleet's own multi-store operations since February 2026.
How it works
- 4-level autonomy ladder: the agent's permissions scale from read-only lookups up to drafting actions for human approval — never automatic at the highest-risk tier.
- Never touches refunds or money: the agent is explicitly barred from executing refunds or payment actions regardless of autonomy level.
- Morning health check: a daily automated pass across every connected store surfaces anything that needs a human look before the day starts.
- Drafts-only customer support: the agent drafts replies for a human to review and send — it doesn't message customers unsupervised.

What can the StoreFleet AI agent actually do without a human approving it first?
Read-only work — status lookups, health checks, flagging issues — happens autonomously. Anything customer-facing or state-changing is either drafted for approval or requires explicit permission at a higher autonomy level.
Can the agent issue refunds or move money?
No — refunds and payment actions are excluded from the agent's capabilities regardless of autonomy level; that boundary is enforced in the system, not just a policy.
Is the Bot API only usable through Discord?
Discord is the current chat interface, but the underlying Bot API is what any integration talks to — Discord is one client of it, not the whole system.
